4. Booking and Payment Policy
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance via our website, phone, or email.
- Payments must be completed before or at the time of the session unless otherwise agreed.
- Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer/UPI Transfer.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a 30% cancellation fee.
- Refunds are granted only in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
6. Code of Conduct
- Clients must be respectful towards counselors and staff.
- Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or disruptive conduct is not tolerated.
- Confidentiality must be maintained in group sessions, if applicable.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Our services provide guidance and support only; we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
- Decisions made based on our counseling are solely your responsibility.
- We are not liable for technical issues affecting online sessions beyond our control.
8. Emergency & Crisis Situations
We do not provide emergency medical services. If you require urgent assistance, please contact emergency services or a crisis helpline in your area.
9. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
