Refund Policy

1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
• Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
• Refund requests will be considered only in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the center.
• If a session is canceled by us, clients will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.
• Any service already rendered will not be eligible for a refund.
• Refund requests can be submitted via email at shubacharles16@gmail.com.

2. Non-Refundable Services

• Completed counseling sessions.
• Partially attended sessions.
• Packages or promotional services unless explicitly stated otherwise.
